Maddy Szymanski serves as the Consulting Marketing Director for Tactical Law Group, where she leads strategic marketing, branding, and communications initiatives to support the firm’s continued growth and national presence. She brings more than a decade of experience in marketing, development, and nonprofit leadership, with a strong focus on storytelling, relationship-building, and mission-driven strategy.

Maddy was recognized as a Future 15 Young Professional and an Insight Business 40 Under 40 honoree for her leadership and impact. She is currently pursuing her MBA, further strengthening her expertise in business strategy, organizational leadership, and communications.

Based in the Midwest, Maddy lives with her husband, two children, and three pets, and enjoys working with organizations that value innovation, authenticity, and strong community connections.
